Government of Norway yesterday signed a deal to help universities in Southern Sudan improve their academic status. “We strongly belive that higher education is important for the creation of intellectual capacity to produce and utilize knowledge, and empowerment and awareness of both female and male students,” said the Consult General of norway in Juba, Ingrid Ofstad.
